​MindWave Belgium is looking for a talented senior Product Market Management Specialist to join our consulting team. The position is hybrid for a client of ours who is a leading company nationally in the banking and finance sector. 

The role aims to provide teams across our client with the insight, strategies and frameworks they need to create successful partnerships. Especially, we are looking for a senior profile to drive and/or support activities in the following areas:

Key Characteristics 

• Product Management of different Partnerships Programmes, including life cycle analysis;
• Profitability analysis and reporting to measure success and effectiveness of Partnerships; define key metrics, identify data sources, develop dashboards, etc.;
• Partners onboarding and operations, including improvement initiatives;
• Design frameworks for new types of partnerships, including legal and contractual agreements, financial model, operational processes, performance metrics and monitoring, risk management governance, etc.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer science or related field;
• Strategic thinking and vision setting;
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership;
• Communication and stakeholder management;
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making with proficiency with data analysis tools;
• Experience with Partnerships from a business perspective in SaaS/Platform Economics environments;
• Excellent communication skills in English.
